What to do if you need to change the username of your vaylens account
Perhaps something has changed or you made a typing error and would now like to change your username? Unfortunately, it's not that easy. We are currently unable to offer the option to change your username in the vaylens portal.
Your username is equivalent to the email address registered with your vaylens account, which is why the change is not possible.
If you still need to change your email address (username), please contact us at help@emobility.software. The team will get back to you as soon as possible!
You can change other data independently in your User profile. Get to know your user profile here. If you wish to edit your first name, last name or another user's profile, please refer to User Management.
