How can I change my username?

What to do if you need to change the username of your vaylens account

Perhaps something has changed or you made a typing error and would now like to change your username? Unfortunately, it's not that easy. We are currently unable to offer the option to change your username in the vaylens portal.

Your username is equivalent to the email address registered with your vaylens account, which is why the change is not possible.
