Get to know your user profile and how to change settings

For each user, a country-specific default is initially set for the user profile, which is based on the configuration of the business partner.

You can access the user profile by clicking on your name > User profile in the navigation bar.

The personal settings of the user profile include:

1. Language selection: The portal language defines the language used in the portal. The following languages are available for selection: German (DE), English (EN), French (FR), Spanish (ES), Dutch (NL), Italian (IT), Danish (DA), Hungarian (HU), Swedish (SV)
2. Time zone: The time zone defines how time data is displayed in the portal. All times in the portal are converted to the defined time zone regardless of the location of the action. CSV exports are excluded. Time data is exported in UTC time regardless of the time zone selected here.
3. Time format : The time format influences the written form of time data in the portal.
4. Date format : The date format influences the written form of the date displayed in the portal.
5. Number format: The number format defines the separator used in the portal for numbers in thousands of steps.
6. CSV Text Qualifier: The CSV Text Qualifier when selecting the value NO_MARK may be interpreted automatically by the client application. If this is not desired, please use the other value.
7. CSV separator: With the CSV separator you select with which character or keyboard type (";" " , " ":" "SPACE" "TAB") the individual data of the CSV export are to be separated from each other. Hint: Please note that the choice of the separator and the CSV separator can have an influence on the external analyzability of created CSV exports.
8. Memorize provider and locations: The providers and, if applicable, locations selected on a portal page are saved for the duration of the session and preselected on all other pages with the corresponding selection option.

You can change your password in the Change password section by entering your current password ("Existing password") and the new password ("New password").
