New self-service feature: uninstall and delete a charger

With the latest release, you no longer have to rely on vaylens when it comes to uninstalling a charger, as this is now possible as self-service in the vaylens portal.
Chargers that have been put into operation (="Operational" status) can now be "uninstalled" directly by users in the vaylens portal. A new icon on the charging station details page opens a corresponding wizard that guides you through the process.
An uninstalled charger looses all product assignments and is no longer displayed in eMobility apps and maps.
"Uninstalled" chargers can be set back to "Operational" status within 180 days. After the 180 days have expired, the uninstalled charger is automatically deleted. To make it easier for you to keep track, the expiration date will be displayed in the charging station details.
Chargers in "Planned" or "Uninstalled" status can now be deleted directly by users in the vaylens portal. A new icon is available for this on the charging station details page. Deleted chargers will be entirely removed from the portal and cannot be put into operation again.
