Remove a charger from your charging infrastructure following these simple steps
Chargers that have been put into operation (="Operational" status) can be uninstalled. This may be necessary, for example, if chargers are to be physically dismantled and later reassembled elsewhere or are destined for scrapping.
To uninstall (and delete) a charger, navigate to Monitor > Charging infrastructure and select the charger you wish to uninstall by clicking on its Charging Station ID. This will direct you to the Charging station details page where a corresponding icon initiates the uninstalling process.
An uninstalled charger looses all product assignments and is no longer displayed in eMobility apps and maps.
Uninstalled chargers can be put back into operation within 180 days. After the 180 days have expired, the uninstalled charger is automatically deleted. To make it easier for you to keep track, the expiration date will be displayed in the charging station details.
Chargers in "Planned" or "Uninstalled" status can be deleted directly by users in the vaylens portal.
Deleted chargers cannot be put into operation again.
