How to invite your customers to activate eMarketplace CPO for benefiting from our affiliate program

Inviting your customers to activate eMarketplace CPO is a straightforward process designed to maximize your efficiency and minimize your effort. As already registered affiliate, simply access this invitation form which is the gateway to inviting your customers to activate eMarketplace CPO. Here’s how it works:

 

Identify as business partner

In order to assign the invited customer to your account, kindly provide your company details and business partner ID using the provided form. 

Fill in customer details 

Input the necessary details of the customer you wish to invite. The form must be completed again for each individual customer you wish to invite so that we can clearly assign the customer to your account.

Invitation sent 

Upon receiving the submitted form, we take over the process. We will promptly send an invitation to your customer. This invitation includes all necessary instructions and a form for the customer to complete their details. If your customer needs help with the completion, we kindly encourage you to assist them to ensure a smooth start to their emobility business. 

Customer activation

Your customer will receive the invitation and follow the provided steps to complete their data and review all relevant documentation. Once this is done, eMarketplace CPO will be activated for the customer, so they can benefit from vaylens by intelligently configuring their charging stations and marketing them on the eMarketplace as well as other marketplaces.

 


How to invite a customer without business partner ID?

In order to be provided with a business partner ID for a new customer, you can simply create a new sub business partner in vaylens portal. Go to Business partner > Manage Business partner and click Create Sub Business Partner. You only need a name for a successful creation.

The new sub business partner and a corresponding business partner ID will immediately appear in your list of sub business partners.

Use the provided business partner ID to fill the invitation form. Upon receiving the form, we will send the invitation to your customer, asking them to complete their registration. This additional customer registration is mandatory as we require the customer's master data and contractual consent for legal reasons. If your customer needs help with the registration, we kindly encourage you to assist them to ensure a smooth start to their emobility business. If you wish to provide your customers with corresponding contractual documents, please refer to the registration form to access relevant documents.

Once the form is submitted, a vaylens account will be created and eMarketplace CPO will be activated for your customer.

Login details for the vaylens portal will be sent directly to your customer by email.
