My name is Danny and I'm Head of IT Operations at vaylens.

We have two areas: Cloud Solutions & Security and Backend Operations.The main tasks are to ensure security and availability.

What role does cloud support and development mean at vaylens?
Danny:
This plays a very important role. Our colleagues are on duty 24/7 to ensure high availability and we have to be able to react to internal and external requirements at all times.

How important is the topic of "security"?
Danny:
It plays one of the most important roles at vaylens especially to protect our customers' data. We use the latest firewalls, the latest policies. Any communication is also protected towards our backend.

Danny:
My advice is: mistakes are allowed but try to solve them together afterwards to achieve the best success.
