Who are you and what is your role at vaylens? 

Caroline:
I'm Caroline and as a Technical Writer I'm responsible for the vaylens Knowledge Base.

Question:
What is the Knowledge Base for?  

Caroline:
The Knowledge Base is our central platform providing customers and users with detailed information on our products, systems and processes. It is designed to assist in answering questions and simplify the use of our solutions.

Question:
What do I do if I'm missing information? 

Caroline:
If you are missing information, you can use the feedback function in the Knowledge Base to inform us directly. We are constantly working on improving the content and would appreciate hints on what is missing.

Question:
What advice would you like to give us today?  

Caroline:
I was always told: "Help can only be given to those who ask for it". So, please do not hesitate to give us feedback.
