Who are you and what is your role at vaylens?
Philipp:
I'm Philipp and I'm Head of Product & Partnermanagement.

Why did Compleo Charging Software become vaylens?
Philipp:
Because we are convinced that customers want a hardware-independent software solution, and this has been echoed by customers. They want to be able to connect hardware models from different manufacturers to the backend; and that's what we stand for at vaylens. Compleo still provides charging stations.

What impact will this change have?
Philipp:
In terms of organization, we are completely separate. This means that we develop our products and roadmap in a way that best suits our software strategy and our customers.

What advice would you like to give us today?
Philipp:
Be open for changes and seize the opportunity to constantly improve.
