I'm Dennis, Chief Product Owner at vaylens.

Dennis:
Customer feedback is central for our product development. It has a direct influence on our priorities in order to meet the needs of our customers.

How is it decided what will be developed?
Dennis:
New ideas from various sources are evaluated and prioritized. This ultimately leads to a combination of small improvements and larger new features.

What happens after that?
Dennis:
Even before the start of development, designs are verified with stakeholders and customers. After extensive and automated testing, new functions are released quickly to deliver early value and gather feedback.
