I'm Caroline and I'm Technical Writer at vaylens.

Why have a Knowledge Base at all?

Caroline:

We want to provide clarity in the complex context of electromobility. That is why we have created a platform on which we provide information in a simple, clear and structured way. The Knowledge Base can be accessed independently and at any time.

What does the future of the Knowledge Base look like?

Caroline:

In the short term, we would like to establish a clear structure for simple and uncomplicated operation. In the long term, we would like to offer a comprehensive database where users can find all the information they need.
