Question:
Who are you and what is your role at vaylens?
Theresa:
I'm Theresa and I lead the internationalization project at vaylens.
Question:
Which countries are you currently working on?
Theresa:
At the moment, the focus is on launching in the UK market. At the same time, we start to further expand the French market. First sales activities have already started but we still have to work a little on the basis.
Question:
What causes you the most work?
Theresa:
Definitely the structure of the foundation. This includes the founding of the companies, the implementation of higher-level processes and the setup and integration into our systems.
Question:
What advice would you like to give us today?
Theresa:
In my opinion, an internationalization project is a marathon, not a sprint. It is important to lay a solid foundation, so that we are successful in the long term.
