How to use the vaylens IdeaBoard to post your feedback and ideas for new features

Why would you want to use the IdeaBoard?

Do you miss functionalities or services? Post it on the vaylens IdeaBoard! The IdeaBoard is our platform that we use to gather regular feedback from our customers and partners on our products and services in order to continuously improve. No matter if that is an idea, a wish, a suggestion, or a proposal: you are welcome to suggest anything that is close to your heart in the forum. Our experts will take a look at the topics, categorize them and bring important topics live.

How do you use the IdeaBoard?

1. First, open the following link in your web browser: ideaboard.vaylens.com or acces the IdeaBoard via the Help Center in vaylens portal. Select Tools > IdeaBoard.

2. Once you have reached the Ideaboard, click on Log in in the top right corner.

3. You will be asked how you would like to log in. The current options are to sign in with your e-mail address, your Google account or your Facebook account.

4. If you would like to register by e-mail, you must first register via Sign up. For this we need your first name, last name and an e-mail address. Then confirm with Register.

5. Once you have successfully completed your registration, you can now freely use the IdeaBoard. You can read current feedback and track the status or leave your own feedback, of course.

6. First, select the topic that suits you best by clicking on it.

7. Then use the small window at the top right to leave your feedback. Enter title and details. If you wish, you can add your attachments with the button left to Submit.

8. Once you are done, press Submit to post your feedback on the IdeaBoard.
