How to connect a Compleo Connect

Connect your Compleo Connect with charging controller to vaylens

The Compleo Connect chargers, of which there are many models and variants, all have in common that one charging controller is installed per charge point. This guide helps you connect a Compleo Connect charger to vaylens.

Please refer to the manufacturer's manual for information on connecting the charger to Ethernet and inserting the vaylens SIM card.

Make sure that your charger has a charge controller with the large CPU. Check the serial number, this consists of 5 blocks separated by hyphens. The 2nd number in the 4th block must either be 4 or 8.

In addition to the backend configuration, we recommend updating the firmware to the latest version. Please contact the vendor for the new firmware. The use of firmware below version BE-03.01.01 is not recommended and may lead to restrictions in compatibility. The update process is not part of this guide.

The connection to the vaylens backend is configured via the web interface. You can access this configuration interface via the web browser and the IP address 192.168.0.8/24.

Insert the password "wallbe7213" which can also be found on the charging controller inside the station.
