Easily find your Business Partner ID in the vaylens portal
Your Business Partner ID serves as a unique identifier for our collaboration and facilitates communication.
There are two simple ways to retrieve your Business Partner ID from the vaylens portal:
- Go to your Charging Infrastructure and expand one of your chargers. In the Info tab, you will find the "Provider" listed as [name - Business Partner ID].
- Select a charger in your Charging Infrastructure to access the Charging Station Details page. In the Info tab, you will see the "Provider" listed as [name (Business Partner ID)].
To locate the Business Partner IDs for Sub Business Partners, navigate to Business Partner > Manage Business Partner. Here, you find detailed information on your Sub Business Partners including their IDs.
