What is Community Charging?
Community Charging allows you to charge at an operators' charge points for a special price and with convenient monthly billing.
How to use Community Charging?
The owner or operator of the charge points needs to invite you via your email address to join Community Charging. You will then receive an email from vaylens with an activation code.
- Use the activation code from the invitation email to register for Community Charging in the vaylens eCharge+ app.
- Enter your name, billing address and payment method during the registration process. These information will be used to monthly bill your charging sessions with Community Charging.
- After registration, you can use Community Charging to start charging sessions at charge points where the owner activated Community Charging.
- You will receive a monthly invoice for your charging sessions of the prior month. The invoice amount will be automatically booked from your payment method.
