Please note that our basic training is currently only available in German! An English basic training is available upon request. If you wish a training, please let us know via the vaylens portal's HelpCenter (bottom right corner > Where can we improve?). Don't forget to communicate your email address, so we can get back to you!

Our basic training is an introduction to using the vaylens portal and not only provides you with a comprehensive overview of the essential features of our emobility solutions but also offers practical tips and tricks. By participating in this webinar, you will gain valuable insights into how to fully benefit from your vaylens portal. Our expert will show you how to access all the important information and optimize your emobility projects.

What can you expect?

The training begins with an introduction to the theory and then moves on to an exciting live demo in the vaylens portal. If you are only interested in the live demo, you are welcome to join later or wait in the meeting.

This training offers both new and experienced users a comprehensive overview of the possibilities and management of the charging infrastructure. Even if you have already taken part in a training, we invite you to take part again. The content will evolve and change based on customer feedback.

The basic training is completely free of charge. We see this webinar as a service, ensuring you have the knowledge and tools to efficiently use your vaylens portal without any additional cost.
